Terms of Service
By placing an order with Abbie’s Ovens, you agree to the following terms. Custom designs are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline or modify orders based on availability or design limitations.
Payment Terms
A 100% deposit is required to confirm all orders.
Full payment must be made at least 3 days before the pickup or delivery date.
We accept cards payment through our secured payment gateways.
Delivery Terms
Delivery is available within United Kingdom for an additional fee.
Delivery slots will be confirmed 1 day before delivery.
We are not responsible for damage after the product is picked up or delivered.
Add-on Terms
All add-ons (e.g. toppers, fresh flowers, edible prints, themed décor, candles) attract an additional cost.
Add-ons must be confirmed and paid for at least 3 days in advance.
Availability depends on supplier stock and may affect lead time or final price.
Custom or imported add-ons may require more time and higher charges.

Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final.
No returns and no refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed and/or delivered.
In case of order issues (wrong item or missing add-on), please notify us within 1 hour of delivery or pickup so we can review and assist if applicable
